Reschedule / Cancellations:

Should you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This gives us the opportunity to adjust our schedule and opens the door for another guest to experience the rejuvenating treatments we have to offer.

Late Cancellations/No Shows:

​

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will always strive to consider individual circumstances.

Refund Policy (Products):

​

We have a 30-day return policy for products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at claressa@miamarhealth.com. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), packages and services (credits will be offered as long as appointment was canceled or rescheduled prior to the 48 hour cancelation window) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Policy (Services):

Once a booking is confirmed, payments made for services are non-refundable. This policy ensures that our team is prepared and ready to deliver the best possible experience for you. Scheduled services are also non-transferable to another individual or appointment. We ask for your understanding in this matter as it helps us maintain the efficiency and organization of our scheduling system.
